First Beep Test Of The Semester
My goal for the first beep test was to go up to 6. I was able to push myself and i run until 6.7.I thought i was only going to go up to 6 but i went ahead and i was happy because i thought i wouldn't be able to do it because i hadn't done fitness for awhile.Now having P.E everyday will be more helpful because we will have fitness twice a week and i well not get tired that fast and i will be able to push myself .
