So far this semester has been great.I have always brought my p.e strip and always on time for class.I always try my best for every activity but try even more for fitness activities.I may have slaked a few times when we were outside for p.e for a regular day of p.e other then that i always have a great time.I always come to class motivated and with a positive attitude towards p.e.Well a activity i am always playing far and encourging my peers at the best of my ability.
Fitness
Yesterday we had a rotation fitness between three people and using dumbbells as a cardio workout and other on the mat excercises and on the spot excercises.I didn't really prefer this kind of fitness activity because i like moving instead of staying in one spot but it was a different experience and it was good.

Work Habits
My work habits are pretty good i think.I always bring my p.e clothing.I havn't missed any class and i'm always here on time with a positive attitude. I always participate in every activity and always try my best.P.E this semester taught me that being active should be apart of everyones life. Always play fair include everyone in an activity that is being done and always encourage everyone and just have a great time.My self evaluation for my work habits is a G.
Extended Beep Test
We did the extended beep test thats was up to 21.I ran u to a 6 without any stops and then i started to take one beep off for a rest when it was needed.I really tired my best in this beep test and i really liked it.

P.E With Both Classes!
P.E today was a lot of fun,specially because we got to play with both classes.By playing the capture the rag game against the other class,i found out who is actually in my class and that game was all about team effort.The dodge ball game we played was a lot of fun today.We got to protect our self from the dodge balls inside of team effort this was all about individual work and how to keep away from the ball and protect yourself. I would love to play these games again!I also would enjoy doing p.e with the other class because there's more people and it's more fun.
Fitness-Across the Gym
For fitness this Tuesday we did a bunch of activities across the gym. Me and my friends didn't stop or take a break unless when we were waiting for the grade 8 and 9's to go.We put all our effort in this activity and made sure we did it properly but we kinda lacked off on the leap frog but other than that we did great and i'm looking forward for Friday's fitness.
Fitness-Hill Run
Hill Run-
-This hill run was really tiring i didn't really like it.The hill was really steep and hard to run up.I had to run up in a steady pace or it would be harder to go up the hill.Overall this fitness activity was one of the least preferred activity for me.
Fitness -30 Sec/Off
For fitness today we picked partners and did a 30 secs on 30 secs off rotation.My partner for this activity was Guneet. I liked this fitness a lot because it was fun and me and my partner made sure we were doing everything and were doing it properly and not giving up.We put all are effort in this fitness activity.This is one of the fitness activity i prefer.
Fitness-Pond Run
For fitness this time we ran around the pond.At first i really didn't want to do the pond run in morning because it was cold outside and it was the first thing in the morning.After awhile i got use to the weather and i actually really enjoyed the pond run.I like how it was 1 minute on and one minute off.
Fitness-Circuit
For fitness we did a circuit we ran through the large gym,small gym,the hub,and the stairs.We ran for 40 minutes with no breaks at all.When we got tired me and my friend Karyssa didn't let each other stop because the fitness was all about to keep moving for 40 minutes with no breaks.We ran in a steady pass so we would keep going inside of just trying our best in the beginning and then giving up.

First Beep Test Of The Semester
My goal for the first beep test was to go up to 6. I was able to push myself and i run until 6.7.I thought i was only going to go up to 6 but i went ahead and i was happy because i thought i wouldn't be able to do it because i hadn't done fitness for awhile.Now having P.E everyday will be more helpful because we will have fitness twice a week and i well not get tired that fast and i will be able to push myself .
