So far this semester has been great.I have always brought my p.e strip and always on time for class.I always try my best for every activity but try even more for fitness activities.I may have slaked a few times when we were outside for p.e for a regular day of p.e other then that i always have a great time.I always come to class motivated and with a positive attitude towards p.e.Well a activity i am always playing far and encourging my peers at the best of my ability.

Fitness

Yesterday we had a rotation fitness between three people and using dumbbells as a cardio workout and other on the mat excercises and on the spot excercises.I didn't really prefer this kind of fitness activity because i like moving instead of staying in one spot but it was a different experience and it was good.
